Open Educational Resources

  •  OER: Open Educational Resources are free resources, in which a learner can use, not only view, but also modify. These are teaching, learning and research materials that make use of tools such as Open licensing, to permit free reuse and continuous improvement and repurposing by others for educational purposes.

  • Copyright: It is a form of protection/ exclusive rights given by law to the original creator/ author.

  • Creative Common License (CC) This license enable reusers to distribute, remix, adapt and build upon the material in any medium or format, as long as attribution is given to the creator. There are six types of Creative Common licenses.
